First off if you've missed some of the last couple of blogs I am
definitely archiving them over there ---> to the right!
2007 is coming to a close tonight and it's been yet another year
that has flown by. Remember how you would think the summer
disappeared so fast when you were in school? That is how years
feel now right?
We welcomed our second child into the family this year, Adam,
and saw Steven grow up so fast. He'll be two in February.
I don't even know where to start when it comes to stories from
the news this past year. If you REALLY want throw a Google
search out there and you'll be reminded.
If you want a year in review from the Joe and Rebecca Show just
check out the Podcasts section! Lazy? Yes! I'm on vacation still
technically!
I think the most fun I had this year was the in studio live
audience that we had. We've done broadcasts out and about
before but to be in the studio with a crowd watching was
something special. The Daily Herald gave us a nice write up too.
As for plans for New Year's Eve...going the same way the whole
year has gone. Working my second job at the pizza place. Need
to make money somehow cause radio isn't the most lucrative
thing out there right now. Do I like working there? Sure. Do I like
that I HAVE to work there? I hate it.
One of my resolutions this upcoming year is to only work ONE
job! There are a few more and even a co-resolution with my wife
and I that I'll get into more tomorrow. She is going to a party
tonight with the kids while I work.
So...have a fun and safe New Year's Eve and don't do anything
TOO crazy! Talk to you soon...er, next year!! Ugh!
