If you missed Friday's blog you missed a ton of pics. I couldn't even
fit them all on the page.
Click here to see it now.

THIS weekend was very eventful and enjoyable...once again. I
swear that life here in Colorado has kept me and my family very
busy and we are loving it.

Friday we were at First and Main for their concert series. They do it
at Powers and N. Carefree by the Cinemark every Friday night. It
was a blast! Tons of freebies (always good) and great music. The
Peak FM Website (click the logo to go there!) has more info. I'd
highly recommend it for a good start to the weekend.

When I got home Kelly and her sister Colleen who is in town for a
few weeks visiting went to see "Sex and the City" at the Cinemark.
I had the boys and Steven was easy...sleeping the whole time.
Adam got up two times but no big deal. We did get some crazy
storms and it was really cool to watch the lighting. Dangerous stuff
but neat to watch eh?

Saturday was SPRING SPREE at Memorial Park here in Colorado
Springs. A one day BIG festival and we had TOO MUCH FUN!! Lots
of you stopped by to say "Hello" to the entire Peak staff and played
"Remember the Lyrics" to win a trip to L.A. to see the taping of a
TV show.

The highlight for one Joe Cicero however...was breaking a board
with my fist!!! There was a Taekwondo group there from
Springs
Taekwondo Academy doing demos the whole time and we were
announcing it. I held a board for a nine year old black belt and then
the instructor wanted me to try. I'll tell you it pumped me up to
smash something with my fist!! LOL! I wish there was video but I
have just a few picks that will have to do. They were great!

I told them after that the only reason I probably did it cause there
were so many people watching and I didn't want to look like a
wussy!!

Saturday while I was at Spring Spree my stepfather Norm stopped
over on a layover from Chicago to Utah. We went to lunch, I
showed him around a bit, and then had a BBQ with our neighbors
Gary and Pam. They cooked some serious chow it was GREAT!
Good to see Norm and he took off for a 7AM Sunday morning.

Sunday we took the kids to a free Spray Park called Deerfield for
about an hour and a half. It was fun but cooled off so we headed
home.

At the time of this blog... 2:30PM SUNDAY... I am planning on
napping and then going on a DATE with my wife! Her sister is
staying with the kids! We are going to dinner and a movie. We are
going to check out "The Happening". Sooooo...more on that for
Tuesday. Just wrapping stuff up to take my honey bunny out.

Before that though...some more pics including some I took over the
mountains last Thursday when the full moon was setting. Wish they
were better shots but it was cool to see in person that's for sure!

And here is where I feel bad for being allergic to dogs. Steven and
I went to Tammy's house and he loves dogs. He was very nice and
even gave the doggy a kiss goodbye. Tammy and her mom got one
too. Ha.

Finally...Steven with his the neighbor kid's baseball helmet and bat
getting ready to TRY and hit the ball. Yes, that is a cubs shirt
thanks to my wife. Grrrrrrrrrr.

See ya!!!
